San Francisco Opera “Emerging Star” Nomination

Rachel Willis-Sørensen has been nominated as an “Emerging Star” by the San Francisco Opera for her performance of the title role in “Rusalka.” Fellow nominees include Sasha Cooke, Golda Schultz, Christina Gansch, Andriana Chuchman, J’Nai Bridges, Hye Jung Lee, and Daniel Johansson. In addition to the title, the winner is given a $10,000 prize, generously funded by Jan Shrem and Maria Manetti Shrem. The victor is selected by public vote, with voting closing on July 31st.
